Farina Azad Instagram – MY LABOUR STORY
As I visualised and manifested, it was one awesome, painless labour experience without epidural.
Inspite of so much negativity and judgmental comments I delivered a bundle of charm vaginally .
It was a 6 hours of intense labour and 4 pushes.
Staying active throughout pregnancy, working till last week of labour, workouts , yoga really worked out well.
If i can do it, u can also do it.
Its not that you have to quit from being yourself once u are pregnant! Pregnancy is a phase of life, be you and face it . Power to us .
