These are products that I bought and that I use on a daily basis.
DAY SKINCARE FOR BEGINNERS and suitable for teens and mature skins:
Step 1: a big glass of water, drink a lot of water cause you need to stay hydrated, your skin will thank you.
TIP: Add Collagen supplements into your diet to support healthy skin, bones and muscles, combined with Vitamin C and Tryptophan (plays a part in creating serotonin, the Happy Hormone), it will leave you feeling better than ever.
Step 2: I use the Hyaluronic Acid Eye cream, helps with wrinkles and fine lines, keeps your skin moisturized because it tends to dry out easier than other parts. Minimizes dark circles and soothes puffiness. Use your Ring finger, because it is the weakest one. And gently tap around your eye for 90 seconds.
Step 3: Any well concentrated Niacinamide Serum will do. I love the ordinary one that I have been using for the past 5 months. Apply a small amount, and tap it until it dries, or else it will start to peel.
Niacinamide is a form of Vitamins B3, it brightens your skin, lessens red marks leftover from acne, balances your skin oil, and reduces irritation. But be patient, most results will show in 4 weeks. Trust the process, and trust ME! It changed my skin texture.
Step 4: I use a moisturizer from The Ordinary, I really like their product. But any moisturizer will do. I personally prefer gel cream moisturizer for combination skin. Massage in an upward motion, FIGHT GRAVITY!
Step 5: Sunscreen SPF 50, I personally use the water base one from ISDIN, it’s the best one in my opinion, it leaves you protected and dry 🙂 But you can use any other one that suits your skin.
