The Monsoon season is over, and I can’t wait for winter to kick in. But, in this new season, I am also prone to getting a cough and cold. So, I like to keep things simple, like eating clean, exercising regularly and of course, practising steam inhalation with Vicks VapoRub whenever I’m down with cough and cold symptoms.
