Woke up at 4:15 this morning… so tired and questioning why I’m doing this. Drove to work, entered the studio, started my first class at 6am and immediately felt a wave of gratitude come over me.
I am grateful for:
-A space to share my passion for fitness and teaching
-The clients that inspire and push me to be a better instructor
-My Bunda team and now family for the constant encouragement and space to grow
