Whilst having a blast healing themselves and others through music, dancing, meditation and healthy high vibrational food. I mean, what isn’t awesome about that.

Rise and Shine for me has always been a place of expansion and love. I have known @anthlowther for a number of years and have always believed in his vision of creating a sacred, safe and not to mention healthy place. Having a community that shares their passions and vision to create a better world in these challenging times is just what people need. So I implore you to give it a try. Being sober has never felt better.
