After getting this damn Covid about a month ago finally feeling back to normal…🤦🏻‍♂️… it took a while actually…😱
Initially it felt just like a flu and after a few days in bed I felt better, but the tiredness… whoa… it stayed there for almost two weeks.
I’m cool with walking, light running, but gym…🤦🏻‍♂️… it feels like I didn’t work out for 3 months…
Well, I guess that just means I need to get there again…😊💪💪💪
