Looking back at my own life, I see how my (emotionally unavailable) style of communication made it practically impossible for me to find and maintain nurturing love. ❤️ I consistently attracted people who were emotionally unavailable, just like me! 😅🤷🏾‍♂️

Showing up emotionally for our partner (and people) involves a skill set that we should all be committed to learning. It requires humility, vulnerability and a degree of selflessness most of us are yet to put into practice.
