2021. the year of fake smiles and mental rock bottom. every year has highs and lows, and yeah there were some highs, but at times i felt at my absolute lowest. up until recently i struggled with depression and s** thoughts. it took for me almost losing everything and everyone in my life for me to snap out of it and see all the blessings in front of me. but… i’m so glad it happened. God’s not done with me and i’m so happy that he spoke to me when he did. i’m on the road to healing and more self love.
if you struggled this year with depression and had thoughts like me i want you to know you are not alone. reach out. you are a light and you made it through another year. be proud of that. i wholeheartedly believe that if you change your mindset you can change your life. 🤗
i’m excited to return to social media with an open mind and open heart in 2022. to all my friends who knew my battles and kept me in your thoughts and prayers i love you so so much. i’m choosing to leave this year smiling.
