We have the POWER to create a new blueprint of existence. When the old thoughts, ideas, knee-jerk reactions and habits rise up simply replace them right at that moment with a canceling thought or phrase like the one Dr. Dyer has suggested.
This may sound lightweight and simplistic but God’s creations are swift. When we embrace this knowing by simply claiming our position within the laws of nature we become part of the creative process.
