Vana , a wellness centre in Dehradun pleases all the senses, and beyond. Thankfully they are now open to kids too. My son and and his new found friends, cooked, did gardening, painted, sang, played, climbed trees… all that they should be doing instead of sitting in front of a screen. And I found time to focus on my body, mind and soul and most importantly took long deep breaths! We were super safe, unmasked and in the open. What more could we ask for in such times.
