Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Kerela के अंदर एक अभिनेत्री का शोषण हुआ अभिनेता Dilip द्वारा और इसके ऊपर अभी भी case चल रहा है।सुनने में आया है कि Dilip का alleged audio clip public में आए हैं जहाँ पर वो investigating officer को मारने की बात कर रहा है । अब मैंने बात करी थी कि कैसे अगर Supreme Court फ़ैसला देता है कि एक पति अपनी पत्नी के phone calls को record नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि वो उसकी infringement of privacy होगा तो फिर public platform पर कैसे Menaka Gandhi जी के audio release किए गए जब वो public post पर थी ? Maneka जी डॉक्टर के साथ ग़लत तरीक़े से बात कर रही थी क्योंकि वो डॉक्टर unethical practice द्वारा एक जानवर को मार बैठा।और अब actor Dilip के audio clip release हो रहे हैं जहाँ पर वो मारने की धमकी दे रहा है police officer को तो क्या वो audio clip उसकी infringement of privacy नहीं कर रहीं क्योंकि वो as a सबूत इस्तेमाल हो रहे है उसके case में उसके ख़िलाफ़ ?? Payal Rohatgi Instagram – आज मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ कि कैसे एक पत्नी के phone call को record करना अगर उसकी privacy का infringement करना है अगर इसके ऊपर Supreme Court कोई फ़ैसला देता है तो …… मैं अपने विचार रखना चाहती हूँ और मेरे विचार ये है कि बहूत बार हमने देखा है कि public व्यक्ति के phone call record किए गए हैं उनकी मर्ज़ी के बिना और उसे release भी किया गया है public platform पर उनकी बदनामी करने के लिए। हम देखते हैं कि कैसे जब हम call centres पर call करते हैं चाहे हमारी insurance का call हो या कोई shopping related call हो कोई भी website का तब हमारे phone call record होते हैं और ये recording कभी हमारी मर्ज़ी कभी हमारी मर्ज़ी के बिना होती है।साथ में आज के social media के ज़माने में सुनने में आया है कि Pegasus का software use किया जाता है सरकार द्वारा उनके नागरिकों पर निगरानी रखने के लिए। अगर ऐसा होता है तो नागरिकों की प्राइवसी है की नहीं भारत में। अब बात करते हैं Maneka Gandhi जी के audio clip का जो public platform पर release किया गया। उस audio clip में Menaka Gandhi जी ग़ुस्से में गाली दे रही थी एक जानवर के डॉक्टर को जिसने unethical तरीक़े से एक जानवर की जान ली। गाली का प्रचार करते हुए व्यक्ति के intention को मत भूल जाइए यह मैं कहना चाहती हूँ ।Maneka जी का intention सही था उसे बुरा लगा कि डाक्टर ने एक जानवर की जान ले ली।हाँ उनका बोलने का तरीक़ा ग़लत था। मैं abusive language का समर्थन नहीं करती हूँ परंतु Menaka Gandhi जी को जो बदनामी सहन करनी पड़ी क्योंकि वो एक public figure थी और उनकी intention को लोगों ने नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिया उनकी गाली के वजह से उसका जुर्माना कौन भरेगा ??? #payalrohatgi
