Payal Rohatgi Instagram – मैंने मुंबई में अपनी building के AGM meeting को zoom link से attend किया। ये बात साबित हो जाती है इस meeting को attend करने से की जिसके pass भी zoom का link है वो इस meeting को attend कर सकता है। रही बात राय देने की तो कोई भी zoom के chat box में member के ghar से राय भी दे सकता है क्योंकि chat box में कौन type कर रहा है यह दिख भी सकता है और नहीं भी। Member के घर से कोई भी परिवार वाला type कर सकता है। ये बाद में इस लिए स्पष्ट कर रही हूँ क्योंकि Bharat में इतने साल पुराने अंगरेजो के क़ानून बदलने चाहिए और covid के बाद online interactions ज़्यादा होने के कारण बहुत कुछ change करने कि ज़रूरत है यह society के क़ानून में। Pearl Heights का professional रवैया अच्छा था AGM को handle करने का। #payalrohatgi
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – आज मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ कैसे अगर आपके ख़िलाफ़ कोई case दर्ज हो जाता है तो उसको handle कैसे करना चाहिए। अगर वो case को हाईकोर्ट से आप Quash कराना है तो highcourt में quashing petition डालनी होगी और अगर आप High court से उसे quash नहीं कराना चाहते हैं तो Trial court में आपको discharge application file करके उस case को ख़त्म करने का प्रयास करना होगा। साथ साथ में chargesheet file होने के बाद और court का role शुरू हो जाता है और police का role ख़त्म हो जाता है।Chargesheet file होने के बाद परंतु charges frame होने से पहले आप high court की quashing petition होने के साथ साथ magistrate के सामने trial court में discharge application file कर सकते हैं। क़ानून जानना बहुत ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है क्योंकि क़ानून की रक्षा करने वाले वकीलों को ही क़ानून के बारे में ज़्यादातर ख़बर नहीं होती। #payalrohatgi
