Payal Rohatgi Instagram – आज मैं आपके साथ FREE शब्द का कैसे प्रयोग किया जाता है उसे अलग अलग तरीक़े से समझाना चाहती हूँ । सबसे पहले FREE शब्द का प्रयोग नेता करते हैं जब कोई चुनाव आने वाला होता है और कहते हैं कि अगर जनता उन्हें चुनती है तो वो FREE बिजली, FREE अनाज, FREE राशन ये सब देंगे ।अगर वो सत्ता में आ जाते हैं तो उन्हें अपना वादा पूरा करना पड़ेगा और अगर वो नहीं करते तो फिर वो खुद जनता के सामने ग़लत साबित हो जाएंगे। मगर इस पूरे प्रतिक्रिया में वो भारतीय taxpayer मारा जाता है जिसे यह सब चीजें नहीं मिलती। दूसरा उदाहरण है वकीलों का। वकील चाहते है की उनको मुँह बोली रक़म मिले उनसे सलाह लेने के लिए। परंतु पैसे देकर भी दी गयी सलाह शायद सही नहीं हो सकती है। साथ में उन्हें chai paani के लिए पैसा चाहिए क्योंकि उनके अनुसार chai paani दिये बिना court से file नहीं निकल सकती जी ग़लत है क्योंकि Bharat के संविधान ने court को सर्वोच स्थान दिया है और अगर वहाँ भ्रष्टाचार घुस गया तो मज़ाक़ है लोकतंत्र का। परंतु जब वकील FREE में सलाह देते हैं तो वो सलाह भी कभी कभार ग़लत ही निकलती है क्योंकि ज़्यादातर वकील अपने आपको update नहीं करना चाहता। ज़ो वकील FREE में ग़लत सलाह देते हैं क्या उनके ऊपर करवायी नहीं होनी चाहिए client को गुमराह करने के लिए ???? मैं बहुत सारे वकीलों के साथ interact कर रही हूँ चाहे वो trial court के हो या high court के हो। छोटे शहर का वकील समझता है कि उसे मुंबई के court के वकील के समान fees मिलनी चाहिए परंतु उसे तो क़ानून भी नहीं पता होते है। भारत के court को वकील की fee structure की public घोषणा करनी चाहिए भ्रष्टाचार निकलने और FREE wale angle को निकालने के लिए ।
