The EU is the world’s largest exporter of shark fins, allowing fins to be illegally retained, transshipped, or landed in the EU. They are a major contributor to the hundreds of millions of sharks slaughtered each year in the name of the horrendous trade. People around the world have come together to call on the @europeancommission to make a change. @stopfinningeu is closer to its goal of stopping the practice but we still need your help.
