Look 2 from @paintedwithraven Season Finale 👿 The villain in my fairytale was Marty The Misogynistic Mollusk 🦪🦑 It was here that Little Vonny The Clownfish 🤡 met this salty old doods disgusting beauty standards that were being imposed on her young body and mind. My fairytale existed in the underwater space to also represent the depths of our subconscious, where sometimes we don’t even realize the inherent misogyny we recorded from societies unrealistic and biased opinions on how women are expected to show up in the world, act, look and emote in specific ways to cater to the Herero male gaze. Marty thinks it’s okay to behave this way because society, media and the patriarchy perpetuated these f*cked up sexist ideals. Wait til you meet my hero in the 3rd and final look..
