Alistair Petrie Instagram – Maybe it’s worth maintaining the mystery of ‘are they actually related in real life’ question being asked around our fictitious relationship in Sex Education. So the official line is ‘No, we’re not.’ But… are we related? Actually in so many ways, yes. This incredible talent and young man appeared in my life in 2018. I feel an intense pride at the young man he is, who he is becoming and the boundless talent he possesses. Blood might be the headline determining factor in dictating ‘related’. In this case, it’s not. Related? Yes. Absolutely and that is something that I’d like to acknowledge. Thanks everyone. #sexeducation and all the talents involved are a great big old family too. The fans are a part of that.
