Jon Lajoie Instagram – She not only gave birth to and raised nine children, but she did it without the internet, cell phones, or even cable. That alone should earn her a place in the motherhood hall of fame. She made sure we all felt loved, and special, while somehow keeping us all fed, healthy, and happy. She never complained, and even more impressively, never once made fun of my haircut and earring. Not once. She always encouraged me to pursue acting, music, and the arts, which in hindsight is reckless parenting, but I’m incredibly grateful that she believed in me even when I didn’t. Today she is the funnest, silliest, most playful grandma ever to her 11 grandchildren (and counting), a shining light in her community, and still the best mom ever made in the world. I love you so much, mom. Thank you for EVERYTHING. Happy Mother’s Day
