But for some reason we never talk about this in society. We have generations of men teaching men that we have to be strong, brave, emotionless, no crying etc. However, #caregiving is one of the hardest jobs physically and emotionally someone can go through. It’s SO important we start creating space to have conversations around supporting those who need to be cared for as well as the caregivers in our lives.
