About 4 months of serious training and healthy eating which Matt was instrumental in helping me with. The finest trainer in Wales surely and an absolute legend of a guy to boot. Now training the actors on @disney ‘s Willow, he’s the man. Actors wanting to get in shape for a job or to be with you on a job, give him a shout. A great housemate as well! A shout out also to big @geoffclementpt who kick started me on this road to chocolate deprivation and extreme vanity. We’ve all seen how much families are struggling right now, with the impact of inflation hitting the poorest in the community the most. I’m happy to be able to do my bit by working with The Felix Project, a fantastic charity @davidmorrissey has been working with for a while now. Last year, they delivered over 30 million meals across London for people in need of food. I’m doing a charity Sky Dive 😬 for @international_animal_rescue ! It’s on May 21st this year. If you would like to donate or get involved, the link will Be here and in my bio. International Animal Rescue not only save animals from suffering, they also rehabilitate and release them back into the wild and work to protect their precious natural habitats.
