It’s spread like wild fire … #covid_19 
More than being patient with all the symptoms (they vary soooo much from person to person) 

For Akshay & I it was the incessant sinus & cough … the minute you feel you are ok … it strikes back .. so tiring and energy zapping! But keep your patience! When the doctors (not@one but two) told us it’s normal to cough from 2-3 weeks we genuinely thought THIS MUCH COUGHING IS NOT NORMAL … hence I was fearing the worst … but thank God it’s settled now .. yet avoiding anything cold & trying to drink warm as far as possible! Do 3 of these things & you should be good:

1) Take steam for 15 minutes morning night .. through ears mouth … & nose OFCOURSE.
2) concentrated adrak juice (grate ginger & squeeze) honey, haldi & 2 drops of lemon.
3) sip on warm water through the day! Specially when you take your medication .
4) gargle thrice minimum … betadin .. salt+haldi … ALUMMM in warm water gargle (this really did the trick for me) 
5) take regular naps… the body is fighting on the inside .. try and calm your outer by just dozing when u need it! It refreshes the body to fight! 
6) think happy thoughts … watch comedies & LAST BUT one of the most effective 
7) ANULOM VILOM (alternative nose breathing) it’s unbelievable how it can help keeping the left and right side of the body (the sun & moon side … the male abs feminine sides) balanced and helps in quick healing!
