Erica Fernandes Instagram – When I was a child , my parents urged me to drink my milk everyday so I could grow up healthy and well. I still incorporate milk in my life wherever I can, including my cleansing routines. The NIVEA Milk Delights Saffron Face Wash is my go-to for my combination skin. The milk deeply cleanses, and saffron leaves my skin smooth and bright. Milk has a pH balanced which is best suited for skin and there is something for every skin type.

This milk wash gives me a healthy, natural glow so go check out the NIVEA Milk Delights range if you want #MeraMilkwashGlow #Don’tFacewashMilkwash #ad
Erica Fernandes Instagram – Was making this today so thought of filming it!
My to go recipe for green chutney, something to can enjoy with some butter cheese or veggies in a sandwich or as a dip. It’s just so simple to make n store n enjoy it whenever you crave it.

Ingredients
2- bunches of coriander leaves
1 handful of mint leaves
8 tbsp of salted boondi ( u can use sev as an alternative)
2 Tbsp roasted channa dal / roasted Bengal grams( u can use roasted peanuts if you like )
8-10 green chillies or according to your spice preference
1 PC of ginger
8 pods of garlic
1 tsp of jeera( cumin seeds )
Lemon juice of one big lemon
Black salt or rock salt

I use ice cubes or cold water to blend them together.

First put the boondi and roasted channa dal in in a few teaspoons of cold water so they turn a little soft and becomes easy to blend. Then blend all the ingredients together and enjoy your thick, yummy and vibrant green chutney.

Some like to add curd or grated coconut to it but I prefer it without
If u add curd avoid adding water but consume within a day or 2 coz the storage life is not much when curd is added.
