Simple things like asking your spouse before making any kind of a plan and being considerate towards how tired she may be feeling really matter! These are all signs of inequality, and it needs to be tackled! I am glad that Jay always respects and supports me in every little way possible! But I know so many other women have to still face inequality! We need to raise our voice against it, and make our own family realise that they may not be seeing us as equals. About time we start to #SeeEqual and #ShareTheLoad, because even the smallest gesture of support can go a long way in showing that you really care! #AD
