I stayed here in China during all this virus time and understand what you are going through. It wasn’t easy, there was a time I was extremely worried and anxious (something I couldn’t tell my loved once, since they already were stressing about the situation and me being so close to it). Everything stopped and this lack of activity brought some internal stressors up. But I realized it’s normal. It’s a change, it’s a push out of the routine, it’s a pressure to adapt and make the best out of it, it’s a good time to understand the feelings of worrisome and choose to let it go and the most important it’s passing, it’s not permanent! ⁣
