Payal Rohatgi Instagram – It’s a DEMAND NOTICE on my property whose LEGAL address as per BMC is different from what I usually write as my postal address.

The notice is dated 11-1-22 and wants payment in 21 days on receipt of this notice but last date of payment is 31-3-22 🤯

The 21 days NOTICE period should be from AFTER lapse of 31-3-22 deadline. But here in Mumbai they are particular atleast about collection of Property Tax but I find the tone threatening in this notice though the intention may not be of the organisation.

In Ahmedabad, Bhopal area residents have not paid Property Tax for nearly 2 years as Nagarpalika is merging with AMC and the merger has not happened yet ( Hearsay information but can be confirmed or denied by AMC upon inquiry ) 🙏 #payalrohatgi
