Payal Rohatgi Instagram – मैं cooperative society के ऊपर में कुछ पढ़ रही थी और मैंने वो सारी इंफोर्मेशन आपके साथ इस video में share करी है। पता चला है कि आदरणीय श्री Amit Shah जी Cooperation Minister बने हैं।आशा करती हूँ कि वो सही करेंगे Cooperation Societies के लिए क्योंकि ये field में क़ानून clear नहीं है अभी तक। साथ साथ में मैंने ये भी पड़ा कि कैसे Rajasthan के minister Ashok Gehlot जी को आपत्ति थी Cooperative Societies के क़ानून में जो अमेंडमेंट लाए जा रहे थे उस पर। मैं सिर्फ़ इतना कहना चाहती हूँ कि Cooperative society मुद्दे में मुझे कुछ ज़्यादा नहीं पता पर मुझे इतना पता है कि Rajasthan के अंदर जो trial court हैं वहाँ पर court के अंदर काम करने वाले वकील और बाक़ी कर्मचारी को सही क़ानून नहीं पता होता तो हम जैसे आम आदमी को कैसे पता होगा ?? Smart phone और social media का ज़माना है Google का इस्तेमाल करके नए क़ानून और उनकी amendments को समझने का प्रयास किया जा सकता है उन लोगों द्वारा जो इन court में काम करते हैं। भारत का संविधान न्यायालय को सर्वोत्तम सम्मान देता है और जो लोग इस न्यायालय में काम करते हैं उन्हें उस सम्मान को इज़्ज़त देते हुए अपने आप को update करना चाहिए।#payalrohatgi
