Andhra Chicken Curry~My Grandmother believed in very simple easy cooking and this was a recipe she loved making for my dad, Reddygaru 😊 🌶Chicken curry cut 1/2 kg Marinated with salt ,1 tsp red chilli powder ,haldi powder & Grated 1 inch ginger for 30 mins . 🌶 5-6 medium onions cut in long slices /10 Peeled garlic cut long 1 stick cinnamon, 6 peppercorns, 1 star anise, 4 cloves, 3 elaichi and 1 small nutmeg piece,1 small Javantri(Mace flower) and 2 big Tej Pattas 1/2 lime juice Chopped coriander 🌶- Heat 3 Tbsp oil and add the chopped onions. fry on medium heat till it browns well .Add the peeled garlic, grated ginger, whole spices. sautee till the aromas begin releasing . - add the marinated chicken and bhunno/ stir fry on slow heat till chicken is tender. - add red chilli powder, salt , curry leaves and lime juice . - add 2 cups of water and bhunao.(This is a medium Gravy chicken preparation) you can add less water for dry preparation. When the oil splits from the chicken,it is ready. - Add small finely chopped coriander leaves! Serve hot! 🌶Chicken curry cut 1/2 kg
Marinated with salt ,1 tsp red chilli powder ,haldi powder & Grated 1 inch ginger for 30 mins .

5-6 medium onions cut in long slices /10 Peeled garlic cut long
