Intermittent fasting is working really well for me !
I fast 16 hours and eat only is my 8 hour window .
I’m very regular with my yoga @yogabypramila and everyday in some way I keep active . No excuses . I feel more mindful and conscious of what I eat. Overall I feel lighter and more agile ! And I’m feeling good ! Which is most important / where are you with your goals ! Have you seen any difference in the last month !
