Shilpi Sharma Instagram – Staying hydrated is a daily necessity. All these years I hardly drank water and had to be forced by my mother to drink water. I still avoided. I struggled. All my skin doctors told me my skin needs to be hydrated . It finally started showing on my face… I broke out with lots of acne and skin felt dry. I use to be depressed . I visited the best skin doctors , spend lacs of money but nothing helped . Finally I decided to test my skin one day. . I drank plenty of water for next three days and I saw that my acne was less and skin felt good .. But I went back to my old ways of not drinking water again. Until I realised that no medicines were working on me besides water. So finally I came to a conclusion water is the best therapy and it works wonders for me . Though I am still little careless with this habit .. I consciously put a water bottle in all the places I sit the most so it’s always in my sight..
