Salmon, mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli for lunch today! Here is how I prepared it in < 25 min. I eat this at least 3 times a week. Healthy and fast! 1. Boiled sweet potato and mashed it by adding butter, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt. 2. Baked Atlantic salmon and broccoli for 20 min on 450 pre-heated! 3.
