Slowly letting go… it’s SO hard. But as our kids face new challenges in their world, not only do we have to let go, we have to have faith in them AND ourselves that we’ve taught and prepared them well.
Sure, they’ll fumble.
Sure, they’ll mess up.
Heck, they might even mess up royally.
It’s how they learn.
But through it all, they need to know they can come to us, that we’ll be there to guide and support them, and that no matter what we’ll always have their back.
Because THAT’S the concrete foundation they need to build confidence so, one day, they can take on this world without us.💞
