The ragi malt recipe is gluten free / dairy free / vegan / rich in fibre and easily digestible/ has good carbs / calcium / iron / natural vitamin D source and u can just go on πͺπ»βΊοΈπ―.
(Options : add buttermilk for more consistency if you making with salt. If you like to make this sweet,add jaggery and milk and skip the salt).
I normally dig it with some pickle on the side too π.
