[ affirmations ] I’ve recently posted some of my personal affirmations on my story & received many responses about wanting to understand more/ the use of them. So, my take is: affirmations are truths (or things you want to be true) about you/your world, that our conscious and sometimes subconscious mind’s need reminders of. This acknowledgement of the truth can help eliminate negative self talk as well as shape your entire reality by shifting the energy you’re emitting regarding yourself, situations, etc. *Please note: I am no guru or a spiritual advisor at all.* Im simply sharing my takes & experiences in hopes that it reaches whomever it is suppose to reach. I have learned sooo many valuable lessons, gone through acting Olympics and come out stronger, and most importantly, met & made so many amazing friends. Thank you to every director, producer, crew member, cast member, transpo, catering, Dick Wolf, and the whole camp. EVERYONE INVOLVED IN ANY CAPACITY! You’ve been amazing and you’re so appreciated.
