So grateful to have been able to teach this class for the last year and a half and for everything that has come from it. It started off with just me and a couple of friends (who I’d practice what I was learning on my training course with) and developed from there, through out the pandemic. We’d be doing yoga in the park and random people would come up to me and ask to join in. We met every week, sometimes twice, with our mats spaced 6 feet apart. We’d often stay for hours afterwards talking and having a laugh because it was human interaction, when we were all lacking it! I never could have imagined what a sense of grounding and community, it would turn into.
