Barret Swatek Instagram – It’s officially been a decade since Chace William Swatek left this world far too soon. 10 years went by so very slowly and at the same time so insanely quickly. Because grief is slow and time is fast. To those you who are in the beginning, here is a little bit of my heart for you… you may feel like you cannot cope right now, but you are, and you will. Your grief will shift and change and somewhere along the way, in between life’s new joys and pains, you’ll make a home in your heart and in your soul for your grief. You will draw strength from that place – it may not seem like it now and it may not seem like it even a few years from now – but you will. And always remember, millions of other humans feel your pain. You’re not alone. On behalf of my sweet, beloved brother Chace, I send you all the love and strength to get through this time.
