Genelia D’Souza Instagram – @riteishd and I recently attended the launch of @ariel.india’s latest initiative – #SeeEqual to #ShareTheLoad. It was a thought-provoking discussion as we came together to talk about what it takes to accelerate the rate at which we are moving towards a future of equality. We have always tried to role model an equal relationship, for the sake of our kids. #ArielIndia has also been advocating equality in the division of household chores for the last 7 years. Such conversations are much needed to pave the way for change. To move towards a better tomorrow, we need to #SeeEqaul and #ShareTheLoad
