David Duchovny Instagram – This album is more of a collaboration with the band. It’s more of a full band output than the others. We lived with the songs longer and that might have affected the final arrangements. It gave us the chance to engineer and produce the music in a way we hadn’t before. Like on “Holding Patterns,” that synth intro just came out of the blue for me when I heard the song, and I love it.
