I remember the day that a extremely energetic manager called me, “we have a really special film that a rockstar assistant like you should bring into the company”. Usually, you get those calls and you try your best to be polite and not roll your eyes. But I know people. And I heard in his voice how much he believed in that project. I also have a hard time saying no lol. So I sat with an intern in a dusty storage room and watched this gritty, beautiful, and authentic as hell @princessoftherowmovie. And then I rolled my eyes and laughed. Because the manager was right. A year later, I’m gifted with the unbelievable privilege of my first distributed film as an executive being This one. There’s so much love, hard work, and incredible talented magic that went into Princess of The Row and I really hope that you all can check out the brilliant performances by @iamedigathegi and @taylerbbuck under the stellar direction of @vanmaxcarlson and poetic scribe @the_real_slimshawny. Max, you brought a real life princess to the screen. You are an incredible director that is going to shake up the game.
