Wild to think it’s been 8 years since not only fighting, but winning the Ultimate Fighter, which clearly changed my life forever. Beyond thankful for the ride it’s been leading up to, during and after my UFC career. From my first MMA class at the tender age of 20 (and no previous experience other than the not so mean streets of Mississauga #MDV all day), to fighting my way through a reality show, with 15 other like minded knuckle heads of which I would win to earn a contract with the UFC. The traveling, the training, the fighting all over the world. It’s truly been surreal. Now, with more than a decade of professional fighting to fight for something even bigger than myself. Change. It’s taken some time, but now with wins under my cannabis athlete belt, there’s still plenty of fight left in me! I’ve taken a few risks before and it’s paid off more than I could have ever imagined. Ready for some more… Forever thankful for the fighters journeys I’ve been so lucky to enjoy.

Last thing to note, a big thank you to all the amazing people that have been part of that journey. The friends, family, training partners, coaches, staff and so many others in between. Thank you for everything big and small. That also goes to all my supporters/ fans (which is still wild to say 10 years into my career). Heck, people who don’t even smoke weed come to weed conventions just to say “high” and listen to me speak about my career in MMA and journey… with weed. Wild. I truly appreciate all of you.
