Luka Peroš Instagram – The Atacama Desert
For some 35 years I was fascinated by this place. One of the driest locations on Earth. In middle school in Zagreb, my geography treacher Mrs. Dugački implemented in me a thirst for knowledge and tickled my interest in knowing a lot about our Planet. The more I got intrigued, the more she tried to give. It was a mutual respect that sometimes students forget which then logically our teachers sense and then they themselves lose their own proper drive and desire. Education is key in life!
Us giving our teachers respect and show of willingness to be taught can bring us to far places. Without many of the teachers I had the pleasure to be guided in life, I would not be here right now in the Atacama Desert.
To all of them, I give you all my utmost respect, gratitude and thanks. With every fiber of my body!
