The energy level is high with this one. @gabrielgebermusic and I wrote this tune right before I moved to Berlin last year. I felt like everything was new, like everything was about to start! It’s about that feeling you get from that one place, that person, that situation that makes you excited and ready to go.
It describes the excitement of a new chapter, a new life and maybe a new you.
In my case, L.A. has always been the place of my soul, I’m a certain way. The freedom I feel every time I’m there, gives me strength and energy for everything
I wanted to write a song that I would blast in my cabrio driving to Malibu. This is also the track I’ll start the show with.
