Most will know the amazing creator- artist/ entrepreneur you have been… but our connect was in travel. Ohhhhhh the inspiration you have been to me. You told me to travel the world and watching you do it- returning to tell me how the flowers in Brazil were your newest inspiration for lip colors and the shades and tones of the people- even the soils of Africa would be seen in your new foundations. You inspired me to go. Your insistence on the darker the skin the brighter the colors changed my view of me inside out.. you inspired me- gave me permission to walk in that “ go brighter” unapologetically . In an industry- in a world where connection is most often shallow and fleeting- you blessed me with 2-3 hour lunches at Granville only to switch restaurants for dinner 😂🙏🏾🥰 Ooooowee namesake… your class your style your kindness is unmatched. Your creative mind and elegant execution of everything you were a part of was beyond your years .. I’m honored that God connected us. Fly high my friend. You will be greatly missed in the world but I pray you stay close in spirit. Praying, in this loss, for your family, friends all of us who were blessed by you and your Dopeness.
