This allows them to be more easily repurposed for almost anything. I use mine to store hair clips, cotton swabs, tea bags, spices, jewelry, office supplies, loose change, and any other smaller items that I tend to accumulate. To remove any left over wax from the candle, pour boiling water into the container and the wax will float to the surface. Happy Earth Day! 🌎
