Miranda Frigon Instagram – We are most often our biggest obstacles. We can desire or pursue something with everything we have but deep down if we don’t feel that we deserve it, then we can be blind to the opportunities or we continually self sabotage. The thought of not succeeding and staying in a place of feeling bad about ourselves is often more comfortable than imagining it’s actually possible. One of my goals this year is to start rewriting some of these blueprints or beliefs systems. Wether it be about deserving love, success, money, health or friendships…we all have them.
