Miranda Frigon Instagram – I never tire of watching my little one explore, discover and be present in every second of her life. We can learn so much from children. They are in the moment. Always. When they are upset, they express it then move on quickly. When they are happy, it is absolute PURE JOY. They are not thinking about the past or the future. Their eyes are open to everything around them. Of course they don’t have to worry about doing the dishes, scrubbing toilets, doing laundry or paying rent but you know, STILL.😉 We can still be present while doing those things. My heart is full from watching her play with her sweet friends and watch them in their make believe little world building fairy houses and pretending they are baby puppies. I’m taking that into my day today to take a minute where I stop trying to accomplish but to just be in the moment, breathe and trust that I’m exactly where I am meant to be. Now get out there and sniff a flower!…or a plant if you’re inside…or if you’re in the cold then eat some snow or something. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Or you can totally pretend you’re a baby puppy.
