@thenorthface created the #ExploreFundCouncil in 2021 which brought me into deep work with some amazing activists, scholars, athletes, and personal heroes. All BIPOC and all dedicated to the movement for an inclusive and safe outdoor experience for all, we worked to create some practices that everyone (& every company) can use to help the efforts. AND even better, we got to allocate millions of dollars to nonprofit groups working to enhance the leadership of Black, Indigenous, and people of color in the outdoors. What an experience
