All internal integrity, and the quiet and calm of meditation often crumbles when it faces the external world. So these are the next steps for me. I want to first think of what I can do for the environment… consistently.. Small actions that I can commit to. – having a bucket bath and limiting my water usage multiple times a week (I’ve been doing this for a while now. So showers happen infrequently) – I don’t use those tiny plastic water bottles on flights. Or anywhere else. – and a number of other small things like this…. Wash and reuse all ziplock bags, recycle bottles etc etc This affects the entire community – Maybe in a small way, but it does.
