Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – Day 26: #100daysofinnergrowth the first 25 days offered a lot for me to do and practise. And I’ve spent the last ten days just trying to reinforce some of those ideas. Takining time to think, quiet time everyday, staying away from my phone for some periods of time, considering others feelings before getting upset etc. While I’m working on all of that, i want to add another thing to think about. It’s very hard when one has strong choices of artistic perspective, lifestyle, ideals etc – to not place judgement on those who have made different choices. I’ve been working on myself to recognise this judgement when it arises and let it pass. I feel that this allows me to see past these choices and interact with people from a place of wholesome love .
