Tamara Braun Instagram – I’ve been MIA for a bit from my IG feed. It’s been a month for me. I’ve been pretty introspective. The state of the world, which always has its atrocities, has been weighing heavily on my heart. So many people in pain. So many struggling. It can feel overwhelming at times. We may not be able to change all the problems in the world but we can do our part. Take small steps. Feed someone who needs a meal. Spend time with someone who is lonely. Volunteer your time at a worthy organization. Donate to reputable causes(if you can). There is much we can do that may not seem like a lot to you but does to the person receiving the gesture. Try not to get stuck. Keep moving. Keep believing. Keep giving. Keep spreading kindness.
