Eduardo Garcia Instagram – I see my year broken out into seasons by the month. For example, here in Montana we are slowly rolling into May which typically heralds the first signs of spring and the bounty of our wild foods.
Mushrooms harvested now will be eaten fresh and dried for later. That’s kinda the rhythm, plan today, feast tomorrow.
