Eduardo Garcia Instagram – Springtime was planted last October. This year we saw it’s first signs sometime in late January.
Arugula, Kale, Mizuna, Beets, Spinach, Chard and assorted lettuce. Sprouted against winters odds. Defiantly or proudly depending on how you see it.
I eat this salad with gusto and gratitude.
